• Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days for Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Beheira. All other governorates are delivered within 3–5 working days.

Items must be unused, with all tags (including the onem security seal) and original packaging intact. Customised items or garment has been worn or showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault are not eligible for return.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
