• Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days for Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Beheira. All other governorates are delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Returns & Exchanges: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange any item. Simply reach out via email or DM us on Instagram and we'll process your request right away, pickup and redelivery will follow the same time-frame based on your location. Items must be unused, with all tags (including the onem security seal) and original packaging intact. Customised items or garment has been worn or showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault are not eligible for return.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

• Cleaning: Professional Dry Clean only for all wool felt and wool blend pieces Abyss, to preserve their shape and density.

• Maintenance: Use a soft-bristled garment brush in a downward motion to remove surface dust and maintain the nap of the wool.

• Steaming: Use a handheld steamer to remove wrinkles; never use a flat iron on embossed or printed areas as it will damage the texture.

• Spot Cleaning: For the Calcite (Raw Denim), treat small stains locally with a damp cloth rather than washing the entire garment.

• Drying: Always air dry away from direct sunlight; never tumble dry, as heat will cause wool to shrink and denim fibers to become brittle.

• Storage: Hang on wide, contoured hangers to support the weight of the fabric and prevent shoulder distortion.
