Simply reach out via email or DM us on Instagram and we'll process your request right away, pickup and redelivery will follow the same time-frame based on your location. Items must be unused, with all tags (including the onem security seal) and original packaging intact. Customised items or garment has been worn or showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault are not eligible for return.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

• Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
• Turn garment inside out prior to washing.
• Use mild detergent only avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
• Do not tumble dry hang or lay flat and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight.
• Iron on medium-high heat whilst slightly damp, on the reverse side.
• Store clean and fully dry in a cool, shaded environment.
