Delivery & Returns Guide

Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days for Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Beheira. All other governorates are delivered within 3–5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange any item. Simply reach out via email or DM us on Instagram and we'll process your request right away, pickup and redelivery will follow the same time-frame based on your location. Items must be unused, with all tags (including the onem security seal) and original packaging intact. Customised items or garment has been worn or showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault are not eligible for return.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
